Measure
Measure your head
Make sure to have a measuring tape and someone to help you take measurements while we guide you on the specific sizing we need for your wig during the video call.
Order
Measure your head
Your wig order will be ready to ship between 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order. Before that we will send you a video of the wig to confirm with you prior to shipping.
HOW TO MEASURE your head
When measuring your head, ensure your hair is arranged exactly how you would wear your hair under your wig. If you have long hair, tuck it under your cap or wig grip before measuring for the most accurate results. Please repeat your measurements 3 times for the best results.
Circumference
Start measuring at the center of your forehead and place the tape at your hairline. Bring the tape above your ears, down and around the nape then behind your other ear and back to the starting point.
Front to Back
Start measuring at the forehead from your hairline all the way to the nape while keeping the tape tight and centered.
Ear to Ear Hairline
Start measuring above your ear and move the tape over your hairline to the same place above your other ear.
Ear to Ear Over Top
Start by taking the edge of the tape and place it on your head at the uppermost part of your ear and bring it across your head to the top of your other ear.
Temple to Temple
Place the take at the beginning of your hairline temple and bring it around the back of your head (while keeping the tape tight) to your other temple.
Nape
Trace the tape on the bottom of your hairline at the nape of your neck from one side to the other.
